Good morning. I am Korean. I can not speak English very well.

I bought Panzer on Amazon. We are learning the basic rules. I have a question. It is about '4.2.1 Place Commands Step'.

First, do you mix all the instruction counters in one cup? Or do you have a separate cup for each counter type?

Second, when placing a command counter, are both players sharing the counter in one cup? If it is not, are you going to split the counter by half for each type and have both players take it?

The last question is most curious. Answer Please

The chits are not randomly drawn.

Instead the command chits are selected, in secret, by each player and placed next to the desired unit with the designated command not revealed to the opposing player.

So you just need to ensure each player has enough chits within easy reach to select from.

Way cool you are learning this great game!

You decide first:
1. What do I want the unit to do? Fire /Move/Overwatch.
2. Then you place a command chit for your choice face down on that unit.
3. During Fire phase you flip all FIRE command Chits and conduct fire.

Just to add on, what makes this such a great game is that you place the order counters after Spotting, but before Initiative!
