How does movement work once an encounter has ended? Since there are no enemies on the tiles, do you just alternate character turns and move one node at a time until you get back to the bonfire? Also do you still trigger traps since they flip back face down once the encounter is completed? Do you still use stamina to dodge them?

There isn't really movement after an encounter because without combat there is no mechanic for time passing (there are no turns). So after combat you just go back to the bonfire if you want (pick up the player models and put them on the bonfire tile) or go to the next room for combat. The game is really about combat and then managing equipment, there is no mechanic for exploring or moving around outside of combat (it would be kind of cool if there was though - because exploration is a big part of the video game).
