If you play this adventure, you don't have a leader, but a "MOB".
Some henchmen say if you roll by example "19", "Flight if the leader is defeated".

Are the henchmen running away, because there is no leader or do they stay into play, because there is no leader at all in this adventure?

We played it that they run away, but I am not 100% sure this was the correct way to play them ...
On the other hand, if you don't let them run away, there are to much henchmen and becomes it impossible to protect the drum ...

anyone an idea?

Yes, they running away. Otherwise you probably don't win the adventure.
