I have an order being held up at miniature market by the playmat. Getting annoyed.

Odd - I bought it at PAX: Unplugged and they said they'd be releasing it "soon". That was Nov 2017.... shake

I have the opposite experience - GF9 have answered several of mine.

I had the same issue. I had pre-ordered the Borg expansion and the Borg playmat but I got tired of the playmat holding up my order so I canceled the playmat. Silly me, I thought the Borg expansion and the Borg playmat would come out around the same time.

At least I'm not the only one. My Borg expansion and extra races are all being held up by this damn playmat. I will hold off for another month and then I'm ditching the limited edition super delayed and not necessary (but I want it) playmat.

Same here. Miniature Market order being held up by the Borg Playmat. If I really thought about the other things in that order, I suspect I would find that I didn't want some of them anymore. Cal me fickle, but I guess I didn't expect to still be waiting this long...

Totally understand that. I'll just add that I've played the game with and without a mat. I'll never go back to without - so much better with to have defined borders, starting positions, etc. Just my 2 cents

Star Trek: Ascendancy – Borg Play Mat is now available... in the BGG database. As for an actual release date, that is another story.
