- is there really any difference?
- and if so, what are the major differences?
- and if you've played both, which did you prefer?

thanks!

One is 4.04 weight and the other is 2.95.

One is 135min playing time the other is 60min.

One plays 1 to 4 players, the other is 1 to 6.

They both are worker placement about wine making.

Vinhos, i haven't played, it's a big heavy Lacerda game. I played Viticulture and it's a very fluid game, my wife favored game.

If you're going to compare Vinhos with Viticulture, I think you have to at least do with Tuscany Essential stuff added to Viticulture base game ...

I know I’m not really answering your question here. But I’d still like to throw in a vote for Viticulture. I havent played Vinhos, but I’ve seen the how to play on YouTube. I’ve played Viticulture with and without essential edition/Tuscany tons of times and I think it’s a more approachable game. You still get your worker placement, wine growing kick. And I think you can bring more friends and family to the table with Viticulture. Having said that, I personally think Vinhos looks fun and would love to play it sometime. My wife (who loves Viticulture) has zero interest in Vinhos as “it looks too intimidating and not as fun”.

It's an apples and oranges comparison. What's better, a Toyota Camry or a Ford F-250.. uhhhhh.

But it’s a purple Camry and a purple F-250. And there’s only room for one purple wine making car in the garage!
