I really hope so. I was looking at Mice and Mystics to play with my son, but am having some doubts about it. Lots of people think it needs house ruling and personally, I found the art too dark. Then I learned about this game from the same designer which seems more streamlined and a lot more colorful. Seems like the kind of game I was looking for.
