Not an earth-shattering deal, but Keltis: Das Kartenspiel is available for £5.40 on Amazon UK. German box & rules, but the game is language independent. Have just taken a punt on it myself, and thought it might be of interest to anyone else who's looking for a cheap add-on to an order.

This has been our number one filler card game for years now. Retired Lost Cities as it’s superior in every way as far as gameplay and adds 3-4 support in a box half the size.

This game is also only €7.68 on Amazon.de. No idea how that reflects to the normal price, but it could be a nice extra when you have to hit free shipping

Keltis: Der Weg der Steine Mitbringspiel is also pretty cheap on Amazon.de: €4,99, but I don't know how different that is, from the one named in the OP.
