Here's a pic of how I have it organized, according to this link (Broken Token's Hit it Fits: Gloomhaven) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6S0qIMewoI&t=661s

Some things to keep in mind:
Most tiles are double-sided as you know, and the video is a great guide for most. There are not enough spots for every unique tile, so the ones that I keep together in the same slot are:

The two crystal and two lava tokens, the backs of are two crates, one wooden floor, and one fountain.

The three barrel and two wooden box tokens, the backs of the box tokens are water and the back of the barrel tokens are red stone.

Every other token you see has its common side face up. Again, the video should be all you need: happy playing!

Hi! We have a video to help with that. Well actually, two videos, so it depends on which version of Gloomhaven you have: first or second edition.

1st Edition: https://youtu.be/SW4XlmZOwtk

2nd Edition: https://youtu.be/I6S0qIMewoI
