The tile for the gambling den says 'Starting with the active player and going clockwise, all players name 1 unique category for each of their
assistants below
.'
But the explanation in the rulebook says something slightly different: 'Starting with the active player and moving clockwise, each player with an assistant at the Gambling Den names a different category.'

In most cases this wording wouldn't be an isseu but what happens when a player has two assistents at the Gamblin den? Does he get to name 2 categories (as the tile says) or only 1 (as the rulebook seems to say)?

Keen eye to spot the difference! Yes, unfortunately the rulebook doesn't have the clarifying note that the Gambling Den location tile does.

The tile text is correct: If a single player has multiple assistants at the Gambling Den, they name 1 category for each of their assistants. This increases that player's odds, but if they win they still only take the cards that match the winning category (i.e., not the cards of all categories they named).
