It is.

(I also want to add that the extra connection to London doesn't affect the Madrid-Stockholm route or the use of stations in any way.)

Would the route from London to Stockholm Work aswell even though you only use one track from the station and not both og the green tracks

Yes it would. One station = one route. One route is valid for any number of tickets.
