Really, unless you are playing solo, you don't need sleeves at all. The only non-automa cards are reference cards, and those never get shuffled, and don't need to be used at all once you have couple plays under your belt.

Don't forget the Turn Order Card. The rulebook describes the Variable Turn Order as optional, but just like in TM everybody should use it. GP is a complex game that rewards thinking ahead, so why would you forgo the opportunity to determine your spot in the order of the next round yourself?
