Please help clarify CARD 029: Welcome to Far Harbor

1) Suffer 2 rads, ... as by moving through 2 radiated areas?

2) Place a [star], ... anywhere or on the area the survivor is standing on?

Thanks!

Don't read more into the card than what it says.

"Suffer 2 rads". Doesn't specify a source. Irradiated spaces are the easiest way to do this, but others count as well (like dirty water).

"Place a [star]". If a specific location was intended, it would say so. So anywhere.

There is a separate quest which has an action that can result in placing a star in a certain type of location. I believe this is the only way to place a star token during the Far Harbour campaign.

Both card 30 (staged at the start of the scenario) and card 31 (added at the start of the scenario) have ways to add a star and are never trashed. So there are always at least two ways of adding stars.
