Does everyone in that party need to make the CON test when you force march, or just the leader?

Assuming some succeed, and others fail, does this mean the whole party can no longer Force March until those who failed have rested?

Sounds like larger groups will struggle to maintain Force March for as long as smaller groups (due to more rolls that might fail each time), assuming it's everyone making the check?

I believe each adventurer who Force Marches must make the check. (I don't think it would make sense for it to be just the leader.)

Right, although the people who can still Force March could take off next turn, splitting the party, while those who can't Force March rest or walk slowly...

'you' refers to each adventurer that is doing a force march, so if you do a force march you have to test (unless you are being carried by the party leader, which isn't a thing that happens!)

Yeah its harder to move a larger group rapidly because someone's ankle always hurts.

Not to be pedantic, but those who fail are Fatigued. And Resting is not the only method of removing Fatigue from your lagging counterparts. For example, you can imbibe and motivate them with foodstuffs.
