Re: Buying Abilities, can already chosen abilities be forgotten and their cost in points be re-used to purchase a better ability as the game goes on?

I am not 100 percent sure but if my memory serves me correctley then you get the Chance during campaign but its not allowed as you See fit once learned sticks until then. (Sorry if i am completely wrong here)
Maybe some official answer can give you a waterproof answer but so long mine is only Info i can give sorry for not being any more specific!
