Just finishing of these they still need a wash coat and varnish all figures held on with magnetic sign material the floor of the chariots are covered with steel paper.

I always thought this would be the hardest to replace with figures getting 3/4 figures on the light chariot.

Figures themselves are a mix of airfix ancient Britons and HATs gallic chariots chariots with warrior queen hat gallic warband for a few crew and hat gallic command for a few of the general figures.

Nice work! I personally use 6mm Baccus minis to game C&C. It lets me use the game boards and terrain tiles without much hassle or added footprint. I will say it feels lile a whole new game with minis! Hopefully you post up some battle reports when you're all set. Would love to see your battlefield for the 28's!

They are 20mm plastics probably the cheapest way to do it I think. I sue the original board and terrain as well. 1 figure per block use removable crew for chariots and elephants.

Did the same for Napoleonic's all armies for that done the chariots above will mean 3 of the 7 ancients are finished

Have models for tricorne but havnt started that one yet.

I looked in to the 6mm myself but wasnt sure if I could paint that small
