Hello

There are numerous changes from components to rules to special national abilities. If you like you can download the Core 2.0 rules for free from the LNL Website and check out some of the various unboxing and review videos on boardgamegeek or on youtube.

Thank you

Would a vers.1 of the game work with the rules you suggest?

I own both and I have to say that the quality of the components in the second edition and the separate books make the second edition stand way above the first.

The only down side to the second edition is that while the counters are pre-rounded they suffer from some bad chipping on the rear side, although this could be a defect only on mine.

Hello

The answer to the question can I use the new rules with v1.0 is yes. The only down side is that some of the counters to support the new rules (ie.. Acquisition) will not be available and you will have to substitute.

Thank you

Ben,

The clipping should not be. Please open a support ticket and we look into it.
