Hi,

I know that the rules tell to make a pile for quest tiles and put a new one on each raid freshly done.

but we often forget to put a quest tile...

Is there a problem to put a face down quest on each raid place during the setup ? I don't see any...
and then it's easier when you take plunder to juste turn the tile face up...

good idea or not ?

That's a in fact a good idea.
In our first game we might also have forgotten one or two quest tiles.
It is easy to distribute face down quest tiles on each rading spce before allocating the plunder tokens.

One downside is you will be covering more of the beautiful board art unnecessarily.
