Lots of fun, but we found we were lacking pieces. It lists Terrain pack as well, but does the Terrain Pack have Winter pieces? Two packs of Eastern Front was not enough. What is needed to make this work? Yes I cheated and used base game terrain, but if one wanted to do it properly, what is needed?

Maybe because the HQ/Supply rules are from the Terrain Pack and the Conditions of Victory for the scenario lists the town of Noshkino as the German's HQ?

And also the exit marker tokens? Edit: Nope they are in Mediterranean Theatre

I don't know that board offhand, but the Air Pack and Winter Wars also came with Winter Terrain tiles.

For the terrain components what you need is the: Eastern Front-EF and the Winter Wars-WW packs.

Winter Forest: 22 tiles EF / 22 tiles WW = 44
Village on Hill: 3 tiles EF (no other expansion has this tile so I would use an extra village tile and put it on top of an extra hill tile to get the 4th tile).
Forest on Hill: 3 tiles EF
Curved Frozen River: 7 tiles EF
Winter Village: 8 tiles WW
Straight Frozen River 10 tiles EF / 2 tiles WW = 12
Sandbags: 12 Base game
Russian and German Objective tokens: 3 EF
Minefields: 2 WW
Exit Markers: 2 WW

I didn't see anything from the terrain pack that you would need here.

I guess it´s the mines, as the strength of the minefields in Winter Wars is lower than the Terrain Pack. More 0´s and 1´s in WW.

This shows all the mines that comes with the different expansions. But since you only need two mines, the easternfront is enough.

As stated earlier, the HQ Supply rules were originally defined in the TP and hence that expansion is needed at least for the rules. That is more likely the reason the author (R. Borg) selected that expansion as required for this scenario. Otherwise its a mistake. In either case, its not strictly required, which is not unusual in the required expansion listings (given the inclusion of rules/summary cards as requirements, or substitutes are available etc.).

Look for the contents pdf on each of the expansions. They show what comes with each expansion (including terrain). They have one for the base game as well.

If you mean to print your own, you can download scenarios from the DoW site that have the terrain you want. Then when you open the pdf in an editor, it will ask you if you want to open it as pages or images, choose images then select the ones you want, resize as needed and print.

They already exist as contents pdf files on the BGG. Here is an example:

You can get the others from here:
