1. Play and score a solo game using whatever rules or variant you prefer. Keep a record of both your VP score and the target score.

2. Put the dice that were on the Round Track back in the dice bag. The dice that you placed in your window frame are removed from play. This seems thematically correct since those pieces of glass have already been used to create a window, and the pieces of glass on the Round Track would still be available to use in creating another window.

3. Start another game using the same window pattern card and objectives as before.

4. Continue keeping track of both your VP score and the target score for each game of the campaign (always using the same window pattern card and objectives).

5. Eventually there will not be enough dice in the bag to complete the final window. When scoring this final incomplete window, do not subtract for unfilled spaces.

6. Add up all of you VP scores, and all of the target scores from all games in the campaign. Compare to determine whether you are a world famous stained glass window designer or just another glass cutting nobody.

Cool idea.

I assume that after 4 games, all the dice should be out of the bag, why not end there?

The point at which all the dice are out of the bag will vary depending on how many (if any) blank spaces you left in any of the campaign games.
