Hello guys!

a quick question regarding the possible change from 40mm to 32mm minis.

would this apply to the hero minis like Rambo as well as the enemies?

would be weird if not huh?

here is hoping you change ALL minis to 32mm scale:-)

good luck!

Yes indeed!

All minis would become 32mm...

We did a poll to decide if people would rather Minis instead of Standees and this is the way!

Thanks

Chris

GREAT!!! I mean EPIC!!!

I will back the project ASAP after the official announcement!

the advantage of standees with stats on them is not so great as you often end up having to pick them up off the board to peer at the numbers then put them down again, risking placing in wrong space which is bad for such a tactical game as this:-)

32 mm is a nice size for minis, big enough to let the details be seen and small enough to not clutter the game space.

I like it

I would say that 40mm miniatures is a big draw for me that sets the minis in this game apart from other scales.

My vote will be to keep as 40mm and do as a stretch goal.

The reasonable thing to do would be to say smaller minis for 100 and 150 pledges straight away, then upgrade the minis to 40mm as a stretch.

Nobody wants the cardboard enemies vs miniature heroes, I think.

I have to say I voted for 32 mm minis, I like miniatures better in this kind of games, with tactical combat\movement.

I was a Warhammer 40k player and also got to use minis in my rpg sessions, so that probably plays a nostalgic effect

That said, I would have been happy even with hero miniatures vs enemies standees: this is what happens when I play Gloomhaven and it never bothered me

Firstly, I am all-in for the miniatures - they will be really amazing!

However, my question is:
How do we actually measure 32mm these days? To the eye, or to the top of the head?

Humanoid miniatures USED to be measured to the eye for scale, and these were generally classified as 28mm. Is this still the case? As it seems that people have started measuring overall heights.

So, is new-school 32mm actually old-school 28mm?

And which one are we looking at here for Rambo:TBG?

Usually we do foot to head ... What do you think? What do the War Gamers think? We're always happy to hear feedback!
