It says in the rules to roll 2 x D10 to place the seven mission chits in hexes 1-100.
I roll a 6 and 8 . Is that 68 or 86? .

In other words, do you use the largest number first or the lowest?

Thanks!

Hello,

You decide in advance which die is for the double digits (10, 20, 30, etc...)and which one is for the single digits (1, 2, 3, etc...)

So let's say I use a blue and a red die.
I declare the blue die for the double digits and the red die for the single digits.

Blue rolls an 8, thus this is 80.
Red rolls a 6, thus this is 6.

80+6= 86

Hope this helps!

To add a bit to what Darah1 said...

I recently learned an technique to assign magnitude values to colored d10 dice by using alphabetical order. So given 3 dice colored red, blue, and yellow: they would be ordered as blue, red, & yellow.

Just use two dice, for example a yellow and black, Call "black high" and that is your tens. So if the black rolls 8 and the yellow a three, that would be location 83.

Cheers,
