I have decided to use a number of digital assistance when I eventually start the game. I have decided on:

-Gloomhaven Scenario Viewer (I like the idea of not having everything revealed from the on-set)
-HP Tracker for Gloomhaven (Seems like it would be easier than fiddling with chits)
-https://ninjalooter.de/gloomhaven/scenarios or Gloomhaven Campaign Tracker (I'd like to avoid stickers if possible and not using the map... any recommendation on which people prefer?)
-https://johreh.github.io/gloomycompanion/ (less decks to manipulate)

Firstly, is there any of these that you don't recommend? If so, why and what are good alternatives? Are there any additional apps I should consider?

Since I'm using all of these, I need to know what components I can put in my closet when planning for how to make my foamcore insert. I'm guessing all the monster AI and attack modifier decks, the map board, the stickers (other than card enhancements), the scenario book, and HP chits. Would I still need the monster sheets and envelopes? I'm guessing I'd still need the status tokens for the player characters.

Many thanks!

I'd keep the map, just so you can get a visual of where you're travelling to when you go to a new scenario. Don't need the stickers but at least it gives a cool visual. And I like how it simulates the party pulling out their map as they prepare to treck to the next destination.
