Hello,

We've had a lot of great suggestions from the backers of Tiny Epic Zombies for how we could make the game even more epic!

If you haven't seen the Kickstarter for the game yet, you can check it out here: http://kck.st/2DgNRPP

One of those suggestions in particular really caught our attention. The suggestion was to introduce a dog, named TED, into the game. After all, you do need your best friend with you in a Zombie apocalypse right?

We're totally down for the idea, assuming we reach the stretch goal for it, but here's the thing... we would like your help deciding which breed of dog it should be.

We will implement the dog as something you can find in the mall. When found, it will protect you and help you with fetching items. After it protects you once it turns into a Zombie dog and flees to an adjacent room where it is now treated like a normal Zombie. The Search Card card will have a top half and bottom half that feature art for the healthy dog and the Zombie dog.

Here are the choices for TED, the dog:

Disclaimer: only one dog is potentially being added, to the Deluxe content, so you only get to vote for one. It must be one of these 6 breeds. I realize we didn't include a lot of other cool breeds, but these are the 6 we're choosing from, so please pick your favorite from this selection.

Voting lasts through February 8th.

I don't see a Pomeranian option. Where the hell is my Pomeranian option?

@RafaelPonga Yeah, my thought exactly. I want something that can be both "loyal helper" or "terrifying monster". I was torn between the last two (figuratively), but the thought of zombie doberman is just too good to ignore.

I think the German Shepherd would look better with a profile that features a tail.

LOL so much yes!

But out of the options listed, I have to go with German Shepherd, as an homage to “I Am Legend.”

You made it personal. All it did was buy you a little more pain than most.

Yeah, a "Pibble" would fit more in line with my puppy. However, I'd like the Doberman, as once it turns zombie, it would look like the Resident Evil dogs.

Doberman is the quintessential zombie dog! But I don't see many Doberman's hanging out at Malls often.

German Shepard is the next best thing, and I like the look of that mini! Though as Keith said, a visible tail would be nicer.

Retriever! As Chad said, would be the best at retrieving things! But a zombie retriever would sadden me.

Pomeranian! Using the image Javier posted, would be my vote...IF I COULD!

Cool idea, and might I add that artwork indicating it's a Service Animal would be a mighty cool thing to do along the lines of Diversity and Inclusion... thanks!

100% agree, the German Shepherd with a tail just like the Retriever would be awesome.
