Anyone thought of a 2/3 player variant? Since getting more than 3 people together is a tough thing for me, I think having a 2/3-player variant could be useful. I thought maybe I should reduce the number of bang/click cards and have the godfather card passed around the table to neutralize the advantage, but then it changes the game a bit too much, so in the end I thought maybe we should just reduce the number of starting click/bang cards to simulate the last few rounds of the game when there are only 2/3 people remaining? And perhaps have 6 loot rather than 8 or something.

I've played it with 3 players because i really wanted to show it to a couple of people.
The main change was to completely remove the Godfather, but other than that we just stuck with the normal setup.

It played fine, i guess, but not great and really really paled in comparison to a 4+ player game. I think the game's strength is in the chaos of higher player counts when there are guns pointing everywhere.
In retrospect i wish i'd not tried to make it work for 3 players because i don't feel those other players got a true/fair impression of the game.
