Just started the first scenario. What do you do if no character ends its turn on a closed door hex and all baddies are dead. Do you take another turn like normal drawing 2 cards and moving onto that hex To access the next room? I'm guessing yes 😁

each character always has to play two cards each turn (unless they are doing a long rest), regardless of whether there are baddies still present on the board.

but you don't "draw" your ability cards, since they all start in your hand. you just choose two to play for that turn. (probably what you meant, but I like to overclarify)

Also, you don't have to END your turn on a closed door hex to open it. Any time a character moves onto a normal* closed door hex, it opens immediately, and after the new room is revealed, the character can finish any remaining movement and whatever other actions they have on their turn. (* - some doors are locked by special scenario rules, and can only be opened when certain conditions are met. In which case characters can't move onto that hex until the door is opened). And neither monsters nor summons open doors (unless the scenario rules specifically say that they do)
