I don't know where to go, so some help will be good On November 28th I placed an order with Game Salute for BGG Secret Santa. I got one email from them on that day saying my order was placed and they would notify me when it arrived. And money charged from my card. However, Since then, I have had no follow up from them saying it has shipped. I have sent them about 4 emails asking for a follow up and they haven't responded to any of them. I'm getting a bit frustrated at this and I don't know how else to proceed?
Dumb question... Have you checked with your Santee to make sure it hasn't arrived.
A few years ago Game Salute had major problems. Pretty soon you will be inundated with people telling you how evil they are. Butn the last year or so they seemed to have improved dramatically. But it is possible they are backsliding.
So step 1. Make sure it hasn't arrived and GS just neglected to tell you it shipped. Step 2 (if necessary) Follow Russell's advice.
