I'm a HUGE Fallout fan, and the board game was very good... just missing that something more to make it really great. I'm working on a total overhaul of the cards for personal use, including the items and influence system. I highly doubt I'll be allowed to share any of it, but here's an example of a 10mm pistol I made, a super iconic weapon in the Fallout universe!

You can share it here so long as:
1) moderator approves submission
2) you’re not profiting from it
3) you acknowledge copyright material sources (FFG, Bethesda, etc..)
4) doesn’t contain questionable material eg. Child porn, nude photos of Trump, racist quests, etc..

This is legally inaccurate.

Specifically point 2. Lack of profit doesn't stop it from being an infringement.

Specifically point 3. Acknowledgement of copyright, doesn't stop it from being an infringement.

Carter didn't say it's not an infringement, he just said you can share it here as long as 1, 2, 3, 4.
I can confirm it from my own experience - I made some custom expansions for Legendary Encounters, using original graphics elements. In the documents I stated relevant copyrights and expressively stated that the documents are for private use only and not allowed to be commercially disseminated. And the files got approved. So far no 20th Century Fox lawyers seemed to mind, as the files are online for a year or two.
Not saying it's not a copyright infringement, but it's worth a try if you'd like to share a nice looking custom stuff with fellow fans freely.

I plan to make this a printable mod, where you just print out the custom cards and sleeve them into your existing cards.

Instead of gaining S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes on level up, you gain tokens instead, and start each game with three attributes of your choice. These can then be spent on Agenda cards for additional bonuses.

Wow, this looks great.
Keep up at it, I'll say.

Bought it with much enthusiasm, but my game group doesn't really like it. As a Fallout fan i'm intrigued what you end up with.

I've finished the first draft of the complete Agenda deck replacement, as well as the new items! Magazines, caps, junk and drugs are unchanged: apparel were reskinned, and more weapons were added, replacing some Stimpack/Companion cards.

Next, since the enemy activation has been removed from the Agenda deck, there will be a 54 new standard poker sized custom cards (6 pages of A4 with 9 cards per page). 11 will be for random events/enemy activation, and the remaining 43 will be implementing an encounter system similar to the exploration deck in 'This War of Mine', for exploring ruins.

Here's the first event card: after all players have activated, one of these is drawn. Enemy icons at the top resolve as normal, then some cards will have additional effects.

So you've add a lot of token and things to the game. I'd like to see the game system you're proposing.

And the graphics looks so cool. The apparel/companion etc. cards you've made, they don't seem to have correct graphic art, although they look nice. Are they from a Fall out game I'm not aware of?

The new companions are too generic for me. I would have like to see companions from the fallout games, and/or an overhaul of the current companions.

I hope you don't plan to add "reality impact" cards from This War of Mine board game. Those cards made the game so random that it removes all the strategy and planning.
You can search a room and one time you find 2 cans of beans, the other time 1 to 5 thugs teleport behind you and start shooting.

Other than that, thanks for the time and effort you put in to this.
