I played once so far and really enjoyed it... until I had to pack it away. Should you just toss all the chits into the bottom of the box? They don't all fit into the one baggy it comes with, which i assume are for the cards.

i am thinking of buying like 8 small bags to hold each clans tokens that will also hopefully fit under the cardboard flaps. it would be more helpful to grab tokens from the bag instead of having them wasting precious table space.

anyone else hit this issue or come up with a good storage idea?

My initial reaction was to grab 8 small sandwich bags from the kitchen and throw the insert in the trash.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

i have kept my insert and store my 8 bags under the sides of it. They fit perfectly in it, and it makes the game a tad safer to transport.

do you think pulling tokens from a bag would be better than pulling them from face down on the table?

Taking 27 tokens out of clear ziploc bags and then turning them all facedown, and then shuffling (which is also required midgame) takes a longer time than drawing from an opaque bag. You can also place the bluff token with the control tokens together in a clear bag/box so you don't have to hunt for it during setup.

I use little cloth bags in each of the clans colour. Also makes it so the don't need to flip all the tokens faces down on the table, they just grab from the cloth bag instead.

Will send a picture when I get home.

I also used coloured bags with combat tokens inside so they can be drawn blind, and a clear plastic bag with each bluff token and control tokens inside that, for ease of set up. It means taking out the insert, but with thinner cloth draw bags it might be possible to put them under the insert.

Which are great cause they match the tokens!

Only issue, it still doesn't fit in the box very well

wow the purple and the red are hard for me to tell the difference. i see i messed up a token by looking at the picture

sorta wish games went to using primary colors instead of pastels.

sure they wouldn't look as good but they are so much more functional!

I've some Geek Boxes leftover from when they were on sale. They fit snugly in the bottom of the box and I have each clan's symbol on the containers.

Check out the Boardgamegeek Store. They sell draw bags in the correct colors for $1,25 a pretty piece. Will post pics once I have them.
