I'm confused by the loot rules in the original game.

One paragraph says to take the gold value times the creature's loot value. For my battle, the gold value was 31. The loot value of the creature is 3. So the total would be 93.

But the next paragraph says to take the gold value times the horde size which is only 1 in my first battle. That would only be 31 gold.

31 vs 93 is a big discrepancy. Please clarify. Thanks!

I believe, if I remember correctly, that it's GoldValue * LootValue * HordeSize. So, 93 is right. If there were two creatures in the horde, it would have been 186.
