So you're backing Planet Apocalypse for the amazing figures AND you happen to also play tabletop roleplaying games AND you think "wow these Planet Apocalypse demons would be great things to encounter in that tabletop roleplaying game I play"

Well you are in luck, oh thrice-time thinker of good ideas/hobbies/backing, and Grant is here to provide you some ideas to ease their insertion into roleplaying. Larvae first!

These will be pretty generic rules with some ideas sprinkled in for their use in whatever system you're playing (geared toward fantasy). Additional crunch can be provided if requested.

Larva
Wretchedly burbling, cringing from light and mortality, the surfaces under its pitiful frame melt, blacken, fracture.
Resilience: As a frail, unarmored, clumsy human.
Offense: The moist touch of the damned destroys everything - slowly. Also, bony jaws.
Cowardly, craven, and half-mindless when found alone or with other larvae. Malignantly tenacious in the presence of demons.

Encounter ideas:
1. A lone larva in an abandoned dwelling, mewing and sobbing as it caresses a doll. The doll is visibly rotting away in its paws. Burnt bits and slimy scraps of other toys litter the ground around it like a nest.
2. In a barn, a dozen larvae have been left hanging in a row in the rafters, attached by their collar, like pig carcasses in a walk-in freezer. They twitch and mumble.
3. A gryllus walks among human corpses, whispering a brief incantation into the ears of the dead one by one. The corpses twitch, twist, and reform into larvae as the souls of the damned (perhaps even the soul that recently departed the corpse!) arrive to inhabit flesh. They'll notice you, where you're hiding, and draw the gryllus' attention to you.
4. A pair of grylli curse at their larva slaves as they corral them along. Each gryllus wears harness and cord, which loops through each of the larvae's collars so it can drag them like a personal chain gang.
5. A massive pit-trench, at least forty feet deep, is almost entirely filled with larvae squirming over each other. The closest ones to the top are still about ten feet down, but should a demon show up to collect some minions, they will eagerly and rapidly dogpile atop each other to form a living larva ladder and pour out to attack mortals.

Nice! Definitely planning on incorporating some of the ideas from the campaign in some RPG sessions, it would be a waste not to

Not to mention, in a recent update, Sandy mentioned possibly doing an RPG sourcebook for the setting in the future.

These encounter write ups are super creepy and thematic. It really adds a lot of character to the seething masses from hell! Keep up the good work Grant.
