Looking to play some Chain of Command in 10mm, but I cannot stand making terrain or the long setup and tear down.

I've looked at Terra Tiles for my war gaming needs. Can anyone else make some other suggestions?

Thanks

Check out the above, however i believe it is 6mm.
The gentleman that designed the rules also does custom terrain work on the side.

What's giving you pause about Terra tiles?

Size? cost? material? art style?

10mm miniatures suggests you don't need any kind of grid, as you're doing classic, miniatures wargaming, right? In that case, have you considered a felt mat, or, if you'd rather something fancier, a printed "battle" mat?

Terra tiles look to be more for fantasy based gaming.

A battle mat offers no variety.

Don't you have to "dress up" the tiles? Or are these pre-made?

Terrain of every type printed on fleece blanket.

I have the ocean print for naval battles and I got the DBA 3x3 mats with cutout terrain features for smaller battles

I'll be getting general ground cover mats in summer, winter and desert next.

Those are great! They will also add a hexgrid.

There are also silkscreened prints on Amazon, cheap and beautiful. Cheap and beautiful

If counters aren't fabric friendly, add a plexiglass overlay.

I've been cutting large interlocking tiles of plex and inscribing hexgrids on them ... they're working great!
