Getting into the Campaign and Deregulation rules, and a couple of questions arose:

1. If the China office is active, can Firms elect to Sail there or is that reserved for Company ships only?

2. If a Firm's Trade Mission is successful and the Chairman office vacant, who gets to decide which Regional Presidency is assigned the new Region? (I'm guessing this may be a decision left up to the newly-elected Chairman in the following Company phase, but the rules are silent on this point.)

1. I'd say NO. China is not really an OPEN region.

2. I'd say the former Chairman.

1. China isn't a region and so can't be sailed to by private firms.

2. Former chairman.
