Hello!

It's stated in the manual that political success give the possibility to make a nation 'pro-faction' if that nation shares a border with a friendly active country (or a sea zone in case of the allies). Question is: does this include overseas territories too? Example: can allies make Turkey pro-allied since it shares a sea zone with Egypt (UK) and/or a land border with Syria (FR) ??

Thanks!

I believe the answer is yes. The rule on political successes does not refer to "mainland" land border, but to a friendly country's land border (or sea zone). The Overseas areas are considered part of the country.
