Hi,

I`ve realized that when I play simple games I prefer those with high interaction, where you get the feeling that you play against other players and not against the game itself. I am currently not looking for pure co-ops, so I will leave them out for now.

Some examples of games I like:
- Not Alone
- Colt Express
- Sheriff of Nottingham
- Room 25 (suspicion mode)
- Escape from the Aliens in Outer Space
- Mysterium

Any other suggestions?

Hi there

We like games with high interaction too an also like colt express and room 25.

Others you might find work for you are:

Mission: Red Planet (Second Edition)
Chaosmos
The Downfall of Pompeii
Survive: Escape from Atlantis! (we prefer pompeii though)
Unfair
Dead Man's Draw
Port Royal
Ra
Saboteur (compilation editions)
Raptor (only two player though)
Schotten Totten (only two player)
Camel Up - or for simpler betting race game -
Tales & Games: The Hare & the Tortoise - (we like it for a quick filler lol?)
Citadels
BANG! The Dice Game (considered more partyish)
Ca$h 'n Guns (Second Edition) (considered more partyish)

Not sure if what you're looking for but Seeland with full rules is very interactive (can be very mean or nice). We even manage to make Carcassonne: Over Hill and Dale more interactive than most lol!

There's a mix of different games and levels/types in the list anyway.

I think Mission red planet would suit you for some reason and is a great game but check out the videos of play throughs to see if suits you before buying things you won't like?

This list is mainly because you mentioned the "High Interaction" desire. So I tried to think of games where it is not as much of wo + people just doing their own thing:

King of Tokyo

Hive

Coup

The Resistance

2 player:
Jaipur

Lost Cities

I'll 2nd these previous suggestions that I've played:

Citadels
Medici
Ca$h 'n Guns (Second Edition) (lighter game than the 2 above)
Coup (lighter game than the other 3)

I've played a few of the others but think these are better for what you're looking for.

The OP is asking for a "simple" game. You are recommending a medium-heavy 90 minute game?

The rules can fit on a couple of pages and be explained in 5-10 minutes.
It's a deep game, a hard game to master, a difficult game to parse out the strategy when you first start playing, sure.

But it's a simple game. And it has high interaction. The OP said they also want "the feeling that you play against other players and not against the game itself".
