Have you ever requested that Wizkids replace a damaged component from your game?

If so, about how long did it take to have your replacement delivered?

I had missing tokens from the LL expansion. Think they had me replacements about 10 days after I requested them.

I'm afraid if I continue to email them, they'll just make me wait longer.

I emailed them once after I submitted my initial request on their website (because I received no notifications or communication after submitting the request), and they replied to my email, "be patient while we process your request".

That was a month ago.

I sent them a second email last week, but no reply.

That was essentially my exact same experience. I submitted my initial request...didn't hear anything for a month or so. I pinged them....got that same exact response...and a month or two later it just showed up in the mail.

You are right on track

Poll: How long before you received your replacements?
Perhaps a Poll would be a more informative way to compare the answers.
If you requested replacement parts from WizKids for the MKBG line, approximately how long did it take before you received your replacements?

My only experience was getting the replacements counters for Shades of Tezla. I don't really recall how long it took, but it wasn't short, but I also don't think it was excessively long. Could have been a couple of months ... which some might consider "excessive". Anyway, I never followed up with them and then one day it just magically appeared. So, in your shoes, I wouldn't start worrying too much yet ... though it certainly would be nice to at least know they got the request and had it in the queue or something.

This was exactly my experience as well, for separate requests a couple years apart, first for the base game and then for Shades of Tezla.
