Maybe a bit of a dumb question but, when you convert dropped money tokens to gold, for example you get 4 money tokens on a level 1 scenario at an exchange rate of 2 ... is it 2 gold for every token or 2 tokens to one gold... I apologise if this has been covered but I can't seem to find it.

have you seen somewhere in the rules that says "round supperior or inferior" (sorry for the pitty traduction) ?

So it can be only one way --> token * conversion = gold .

Every money token equals a certain amount of gold based on the scenario level. There's a chart in the back of the rule book for easy reference. As you said, each money token on scenario level 1 is worth two gold each and it scales up from there the higher the scenario level.
