I'm starting a PbF in RPGG mostly based on interaction with a computer, similar to Zork and would like the interface to look similar to a computer terminal.

I've had some success using the [q] tags and have looked into tables.

Can you change or import through html code a courier font?

Or is it possible through the php/BB code or javascript?

Like this, via the [ c ] "code" tag?

See Forum Formatting for pretty complete documentation on what's possible with forum formatting.

This is what we have so far.

The forum formatting for BGG is limited, there is a lot of code that's not being used, probably for security reasons. PhP is pretty hackable.

Can you copy another text string written in another font type and paste into the [c] tags and it won't change/

In a forum post there is no way to choose a different font, other than using the code markup tags. The code tags give a monospaced font, but again you can't choose which one.

Thanks, I've found that out through trial and error. even if you change your font in your browser, the forum only allows you to post in monospace.
