Hey everyone,

I have a group I meet with at a local bar.
The tables are not huge - maybe 2.5ft x 4ft. (75cm x 120cm)
Add in that their are beers sitting on the table and it can be cramped.

Just looking for suggestions on good games for tighter spaces.

Thanks - TJ

PitchCar. No, seriously...

PitchCar on a Folding Card Table (yes, the full-size version)

Played it in bar environments with long narrow tables many times.

The Bloody Inn would fit that table. Fun game too!

How about The Supershow?

Fast paced and easy to teach and play card game. I think that might combine just fine with a few beers...

Hellapagos is another one that doesn't need a ton of space and fun to play with the right group.

Skull Is just about the most perfect pub game ever.

Roll Through the Ages: The Bronze Age Works with very little space as well.

King of Tokyo - has to be one of the smaller boards out there

Or possibly something from the Tiny Epic series?

I have to admit that I'm not sure how availalbe it is, but Eight-Minute Empire: Legends is amazing in my opinion for its small size. A lot of game in a small box. It is an area majority game where a draft determines your availalbe actions and bonuses.

If you are OK with some quick games I would also recommend Red7, an incredible little game. It is just a deck of cards and plays in 10 minutes max, but it has some unexpected depth. You can use your cards to build out your tableau, or to change the current rule how to win the round (or both) and at the end of your turn you have to be winning or you are eliminated (player elimination is not a problem in my opinion since it is such a quick game)

And my last suggestion would be Star Realms - a quite good deckbuilder. You can combine multiple boxes to play with 4 or more players - you can also mix one bbox of base SR with a box of the standalone Star Realms: Colony Wars to have enough cards for 4 players. The rules have multple variants for how to play with 3+ players
