Some editting and photos are needed, but here is the concept.

Solo Player Rulebook

Setup:
Setup the game as you normally would for 4-5 players. Draw between 1, 2, or 3 Opponent Cards from the solo player deck and lay them face up on the table. These cards will represent your opponents in the solo game. The more opponent cards you draw, the more difficult the game is to win. The rest of the cards from the solo player deck should be shuffled to form a draw deck.

Gameplay: The Slice and Selection phase is handled differently in the Solo Player mode.

Start of each round:
Each round, draw a new card from the solo player draw deck. This card contains four lines that determine how you must slice the grid of sword tiles. You must make a slice following the direction of each line on the card in the Slice Phase.

Slice and Selection:
Make one slice in the grid of sword tiles for each line on the solo player card. You must follow the orientation of the slice with respect to the grid of sword tiles. A vertical line means you must make a vertical slice. A horizontal line means you must make a horizontal slice. After each slice is made, you must immediately discard the group of sword tiles that was separated from the grid. When you have made all slices according to the card, the sword tiles remaining become your group selection.

Craft Phase:
The final group of sword tiles remaining is the group that you must take and craft into your sword. Normal sword crafting rules apply.

End of Game:
After 6 rounds, score your sword as normal for quality. Compare your Sword Magic versus your opponents gems and score as normal based on player count. Compare your Sword Length versus your opponents sword lengths on the opponent cards and score as normal.
