The Walking Dead Board Game

Special Ability

Lori Grimes' Special Ability
Once per game on your Turn:
On a roll of a 4+, one Survivor in your region gains back an Ally.

Dale's Special Ability
Once per game on your Turn:
Reroll your Move die and add 2 to your roll.

Andrea's Special Ability
Once per game on your Turn:
Shuffle any number of Scrounge Cards from your hand into the Scrounge Deck, then draw that many Scrounge Cards.

Glenn's Special Ability
Once per game on your Turn:
Search and take a Card from the Scrounge Discard Pile into your hand.

Rules:

You may only use as many Weapons as there are you and your Allies.

Assign a Weapon to you or an Ally.

When an Ally dies, the Weapon it is using is Discarded.

Only Ranged Weapons may use the Board Space Attack Icon.

Melee Weapons can only be used against Walkers in the same Space as you.

On a roll of a "1", a Melee Weapon or Crossbow of your choice that you used this Turn breaks and is Discarded.

The Special Effect of a Weapon is only taken into effect, when the Survivor, instead of an Ally, wields the Weapon.

The Special Effect of the Weapon being used by the Survivor is only compatible with Weapons that fall under the same category of Melee or Ranged.

36 Ammo Tokens

Scrounge Cards

4 First Aid Kit
When an Ally is Bitten, on a roll of a 4+, Discard this Card and the Ally is no longer Bitten.

4 Food Supplies
Discard this Card to gain either +1 to Attack or +1 to Move.

Shortcut
Roll a die. Begin that many Spaces away from a Corner Space of your choice.

Ranged Weapons:

Rifle
Ammunition 1/Range3/(+4)
Snipe: +2 to Board Space Attack Icon. You may choose not to Move in your Turn, and to stop at Board Space Attack Icons.

Shotgun
Ammunition 2/Range 1/(+5)
Shotgun may Attack twice in a single Encounter Turn. If using this Special Effect, roll two dice anyway, and should any roll be a "1", draw that number of Encounter Cards after this Fight.
Loud: If you roll a 1 this Fight, draw an Encounter Card after this Fight.

Handgun
Ammunition 3/Range 2/(+3)
Quick Shot: Handgun may Move, Attack, then Move, or Attack and then Move.

Crossbow
Ammunition Unlimited/Range 2/(+2)
Crossbow Bolt: The Crossbow is a Ranged Weapon that may break on a roll of a "1". The Survivor must use the Crossbow to take into account its benefit from being a Ranged Weapon.

Sack of Guns
Ammunition Supply 3
Sack: May provide 3 Ammo Tokens from its supply to other Ranged Weapons, except for the Crossbow.

Melee Weapons

Baseball Bat
(+1)
Concuss: If you Discard this Card, the opposing Walker Card may not cause an Attack.

Axe
(+2)
Chop: May reroll the first roll.

Pick
(+2)
Critical: If you roll a "5" or "6", you automatically win the Fight.

After this Fight, the Target draws an Encounter Card.

After this Fight, you may Move the Target up to 2 Spaces.

3 Rampaging Walkers

Roll a die. Put that many Cards from the Scrounge Deck into the Scrounge Discard Pile.

3 Overrun by Walkers

The Target Discards a random Scrounge Card.

3 Feasting Walkers

Remove an Ally in the Ally Pool from the game.

2 Sudden Walkers
(+8)
The Target may play only one Card this Fight.

2 Vicious Walkers
(+8)
If the Target loses this Fight, he or she takes 2 Bites.

2 Walker Mob
(+10)
If the Target has three or more Allies, and loses this Fight, he or she takes 2 Bites.

2 Onslaught
(+12)

Walker Rules

May use as many Walker Cards in a Turn.

When the Walker is killed, do not Discard its hand.

Rules:

You may only use as many Weapons as there are you and your Allies.

Ranged Weapons except the Crossbow have a limited amount of Ammunition. For every shot with a Ranged Weapon, an Ammunition is used up.

Only Ranged Weapons may use the Board Space Attack Icon.

You may use a Ranged Weapon from its distance away from the Target Walker, in order to Attack and Kill it. The Walker uses one of the Walker Cards in its hand, to defend against the Attack, but may not cause a Bite, even if the Walker Card's Attack Rating is higher than the Survivor's Attack.

Ranged Weapons Attacking from Range, can be used with other Ranged Weapons, as long as the distance apart in Spaces from the Walker, is within the Range of all Weapons.
