KO'd Hero's are Revived. Unclear about. Note that when Hero's are revived, they should be Fully Healed. Can a Hero be revived if not fully healed?

You can take my game… when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the board!

I can see how "should" isn't the best word choice.

Yeah, this means they are fully healed automatically. So all KO'd heroes stand back up with full health.

If we could only get game designers to agree on using RFC 2119...

https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt

That RFC defines how these keywords "should" be used in compliant documentation: "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL"

Do you need more card ideas for the D&D Adventure System games?

In case there's any confusion about the order things are done in, it's printed on page 14:

Quote:
1.) Start of Mystery Phase (Anything that takes place 'at the Start of the Mystery Phase')

2.) KO'd Heroes are revived

3.) The Villain Heals

4.) Draw a Mystery Card

5.) Pass the First Player Marker

Some interesting consequences of the sequence are:

- Heroes that revive on a space with a minion on it must fight it immediately (page 12, also Jason Hill commented on this in the forums)

- A hero that is KO'd during the Mystery Phase (for example, a minion fight or Mystery Card result), loses their next turn because they must wait for step 2 of the next Mystery Phase, eg - the Hero revives *then* fights a minion or encounters a Mystery Card.

- Don't forget the co-op rule that if all heroes are KO'd at the same time, the game is over and everybody loses (page 21).

If played correctly per the rules, the Hero should in fact be fully healed...as one of the steps of being KO'd is to remove all wound markers.

From page 17:
"When KO’d, a Hero must immediately
roll a D6 and lose that number of any
mix of Investigation, Items, and/or
Ally Cards. Also remove all Wound
markers from the Hero."
