The Mission Sheet that came with my copy of the game has a box titled, Special Notes that seems to feature some rule options that aren't addressed in the original rule-set.

They are:
Rabbits Foot
Tight Formation
Loose Formation
Bad Luftwaffe Com
Aggressive "Little Friends"
Bombadier has 11+ Missions
Jettisoned Bombs

I know there are a ton of variants kicking around for this game and was hoping someone may be able to point me to the source for these particular options.

Thanks!

Check page 9 of the QOTS rule book for Random Events and jettisoned bombs are mentioned on page 7 under 10.0 Engines out. Furthermore, these are either expanded random events that were introduced in the General Magazine or variants used by various Play-By-Forum groups that are out there. (Some of these were later incorporated into Target for Today.) Try this link: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/67308/modified-random-eve...

The 281st used them but is currently inactive.

The 509th is active and allows most of them as options.

Corrected.

No variant, it is an optional rule in the published AH version, Table G-11 in the rulebook section 18. Comes into play when 66 is rolled on table B-3.

Edit - June 1984 printing

Mike - you are correct. You posted while I was correcting mine. I knew jettisoning was in the basic rules, but thought the random effects were from the General.
