When i play 3 player, i do:

Take all passenger cards (72)
Remove all passengers cards going from/to SEA (16)
Give each of the players one random passenger card in the starting location (3)
That leaves me with 53 passenger cards!

On the preflight information, i see that with 3 player, you should use 6+18+32 cards for the round. Thats a total of 56 cards. The numbers on the preflight instructions seem to be wrong because i am missing 3 cards. They forget that i already used 3 cards for the 3 starting airports. Or am i wrong?

I don't think you're wrong. I'd fix it by putting in 6/15/32 for a total of 3/5/8 rounds instead of 3/6/8 rounds as suggested.

Note: I did not double check your numbers, I just took them as correct

Correct- it's a typo. Change the afternoon to 15. Sorry for the trouble.

Thank you for the clarification!
And let me congratulate you for another fresh, fun game design that works well and doesnt come in a bloated box!
