South Sioux City
I've put together a page that has all the GBACW extras I've created:
This page has the free downloads for player aids I've created for the
TSS/Great Battles of the American Civil War game system.
Elsewhere on the site you'll also find an in depth article from one of the designers of Cedar Mountain, and clips from Moves and S&T recounting some of the development issues around the GBACW games.
Plus, I have a link to a GBACW survey I'd appreciate you filling out, just for fun. (name and email addresses are optional.)
Items you can download (free, of course) are many of the same ones I've uploaded the BGG, but this is a nice place to get them all together.
The list of items, separated by game:
GBACW: Errata, Fire/Melee Chart, Quick Reference Cardv2 (GBACW version)
Cedar Mountain: Scenario Card, Victory Tracker v3, CD Sample Clip
Corinth: Scenario Card, Victory Tracker
Drive on Washington: optional counters (thanks to Greg Laubach!)
Gleam of Bayonets: Quick Reference Card (GOB draft), Errata (on GBACW sheet)
Pea Ridge: Scenario Card, Victory Tracker
Stonewall: Notes Page, Exclusive Rules, Scenario Card
TSS 2nd Edition: Pinned/Ammo/Command comparison chart, Reinforcements Charts, Errata, Fire/Melee charts ,Victory Tracker (under development -first 2 days troops), Quick Reference Cardv3 (TSS version)
Wilson's Creek: corrected counters (special thanks to Greg Laubach!)
and one non-GBACW item:
The Battle of Monmouth (SPI), Notes, Charts, Victory Tracker
Many of these things are on the CDs I've sent out, but since I added them as time went by, early CDs did not have them all. So I want to make certain everyone has these.
Now that I've offered you all these great items for free -
would you take a quick survey? (link is at the site)
Hope you enjoy these. As always, feedback is appreciated!
Russ deserves accolades for his work.
After years of not playing these games, coming across his stuff helped me not only get back into the games, the training aids helped me teach others, and the VP trackers, LOS Checkers and Reference Cards have sped up play time tremendously.
His ASL stuff is going to be even better.
Hats off to Russ!
