When two players are eligible targets from an enemy, it says to target the player with fewest hp. Do you factor in radiation damage?

So Player 1 has 10 HP, with 0 radiation. Player 2 has 11 HP and has 5 radiation. Would the enemy target Player 1 still?

Thanks!

Good question! I would say the rule was intended to be « the weakest character is targeted first » (which is the usual behavior of predators anyway), so Player 2 should be attacked.

Also, radiation adds a spicy taste to tender flesh, yummy!

I prefer to interpret it the opposite way. We just go by whoever's red peg is higher since that represents HP. Saying HP=HP-RADS doesn't feel like what was intended. Also, If you say it's HP-RADS, then the Ghoul becomes even better, and he's already good enough.

Perhaps using rads as a tie breaker would be the best way to handle it.

The rules state enemies target lowest remaining HP which is red peg minus green peg.

Hmm. Yes, this seems correct. But it's really weird because the rulebook actually defines HP in two different ways. The definitions of "remaining HP" and "HP" are not consistent. Lol
