For my family summer gaming, I made myself a set of Zombie Dice – Lawn Edition!

For the cubes, I started with a 4”x4”x6’ Pine Stud and cut it into 4”x4”x4” pieces – Painted and primed them Black

For the die faces, I made templates using an enlarged photo of my dice and clear, plastic plates. Then, using Oracal Permanent, Vinyl Sheets (from Michaels Crafts) I created the symbols, cutting them out with an Xacto knife.

When the dice were done, I gave them several coats of high gloss, polyurethane

I picked up a black, 5-gallon bucket for storage but for playing I “Zombified” a canvas laundry bag with red fabric paint and my 2 hands!
