I just played 2 game and I really liked the game. My only concern is if the game can really be played in two hours? I wanted this to be a quick and easy war game and I am not sure it is going to fit that.

What are your guys average play time?

We're getting repeated plays down very close to two hours.

How many plays? How does the game hold up after many plays?

I've played five times now. Every game has been different and interesting ... it's definitely holding up to repeated plays. I'm almost certainly playing a sixth game this weekend with an experienced wargamer (new to HR) at a small convention here. I will try to remember to post time for you afterwards, and break that down into teaching versus play time.
