This is a cool set that originated on MafiaScum.


There's full reveal, and no night posting.
Standard WW rules.


Roles (9)

The theme of this game is that the roleset is randomly selected from six known possibilities. Five villagers and one werewolf will automatically be included, and the remaining three roles are selected from a single randomly determined row or column from this table:

Possible Good Roles (7 total)


Villager - Kill some wolves!

Seer - Each night, may choose to view any player. The seer will be informed whether or not that player is a wolf. Does not receive a N0.

Bodyguard - Each night, may choose to protect a player. That player will not be killed in the night. May not target themselves, or the same player two nights in a row. Bodyguard is not informed of a successful protect.

Stalker - Each night, may target any player. The stalker will be informed who, if anybody, that player targeted during the night. Only the wolf who submitted the final NK order will count as having submitted the NK for that night.

Captain - The first time the Captain would be killed by NK, they survive. This is not a night action. The Captain is not informed when they are de-toughed.

Jailkeeper - Each night, may target a player. That player will not be killed during the night, and all night actions that would be performed by that player are also prevented. May not target themselves, but may target the same player multiple nights in a row.




Possible Evil Roles (2 total)


Werewolf - Eat some villagers! NKs are made individually, only one wolf is responsible for making the NK each night.

Roleblocker Wolf - Each night, may choose to roleblock any player. That player will have no night action. Seer (and theoretically stalker) are informed of being roleblocked, all other roles are not. May target the same player multiple nights in a row.

Row 1 (1 - 2)
- 2 Werewolves, Jailkeeper, 6 Villagers

Row 2 (0 - 1)
- Roleblocker Wolf, Werewolf, Seer, Bodyguard, 5 Villagers

Row 3 (4 - 5)
- 2 Werewolves, Captain, Stalker, 5 Villagers

Column A (3 - 2)
- Roleblocker Wolf, Werewolf, Jailkeeper, Captain, 5 Villagers

Column B (0 - 3)
- 2 Werewolves, Seer, 6 Villagers

Column C (3 - 1)
- 2 Werewolves, Bodyguard, Stalker, 5 Villagers




Victory Conditions

Good - All good players win if all werewolves are eliminated.

Evil - All evil players win if the wolves achieve parity: if at any time the number of wolves remaining equals the number of non-wolves remaining, evil wins.



Misc

No night posting.

Order of NK operations:
Roleblock, Jailkeep, Bodyguard, NK, Seer, Stalker

All role actions are optional, except for special NKing rules:
If it is mechanically possible (based solely on the deaths so far, and not based on claims or lack of claims) for a jailkeeper or stalker to be in the game, wolves may choose to not NK. If those roles are not possibly still alive, but Captain or bodyguard could be still alive, wolves may choose to not NK as long as they have not chosen to do so the night before. If jailkeeper, stalker, Captain, and bodyguard are all confirmed dead or not in the game, wolves must NK every night.

Whichever wolf submits the last NK order is the only wolf performing the kill for that night. If the last NK order is submitted by a wolf who later got lynched, the remaining wolf performs the NK.

Wolves may submit NK actions for each other if both wolves agree or if one wolf is absent.

Full role reveal.

No lynch and nightfall are enabled.

What would be a modkill in other games is a team loss in this game.

Please do not replace out of the game unless IRL stuff makes you unavailable. Please don't replace out of the game because you're not having fun, not all games can be fun.

The roleset and roles will be determined 100% randomly, role requests will not be accommodated.

The last opportunity for voting and posting before dusk is on the minute of the deadline, not when the mod posts dusk.

Matrix 9er XV (Row 2) - Evil wins (D1 bussing the roleblocker wolf to victory)
Matrix 9er XVI (Row 3) - Good wins (Stalker N1 hit on a wolf)
Matrix 9er XVII (Row 3) - Evil wins (NKing the Captain N1 in Row 3 again but no stalker hit this time)
Matrix 9er XVIII (Column A) - Evil wins (Who needs NKs when you can then just lynch the jailkeeper)
Matrix 9er XIX (Row 3) - Evil wins (Lynching both GSes ASAP)

Vander will randomise what column or row the game is on, so there will always be at least 5 Villagers, and at least one plain Werewolf, and the remaining 3 spots will be filled by whatever comes from the row or column.

So if it's column B, it's the 5 Villagers and a plain Werewolf plus an extra Villager, extra plain Werewolf and a Seer.

If it was row C, it'd be plus a Captain, a Werewolf and a Stalker.

Does that make sense.

Hey folks, first Ultimate Werewolf game. Played lots of One Night Ultimate Werewolf/Vampie/Alien and other social deduction games like Secret Hitler, The Resistence and Throne of Lies (on Steam) but not this one.

Go easy on the noob! I swear I'm not a werewolf.

The Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally System

Your Moderator has enabled the Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally system
for this game. In order for it to function correctly, your votes will
need to be formatted correctly. The following rules will explain what
you will need to do:

Players
1. All votes must be bolded

2. The entire vote statement must be bolded and enclosed in brackets:
[vote jmilum]

3. If your game allows, and you [vote nightfall] your vote will
be locked. Your moderator may have disabled nightfall votes.

4. Vote tallies will be automatically posted to the game thread
regularly if the tally has changed. The Tally and Vote Logs (for each
game day) are also available on the Cassandra game page.

5. If your vote is not counted be sure to check the Vote Log page and
see if it was marked invalid and why.

6. Case does not matter and simple typos will not cause the vote to fail.

7. You may [vote no lynch] if your game allows it.

8. Non voting players will be listed in the tallies. This will only be
correct if the Moderator notes which players have been killed (see below)

9. Editing a vote post will invalidate the vote and it will not be counted.


Moderators
1. The moderator will need to post [Dawn] when the day begins
(after the night results are posted) and [Dusk] when the lynch
deadline has passed and the day is over. Votes will not be counted
after [Dusk] has been posted. They will be registered again
after [Dawn] is next posted.

2. You may include a day number in the dawn and dusk post for
informational purposes, but it will not be used by the system.
Cassandra will increment an internal counter each time it sees
[Dawn] no matter what day is shown in a dawn post (i.e.
[Dawn 3] the three is allowed but ignored)

3. After dusk has been posted, the Moderator may go to the game page
on Cassandra to request a Final Tally to be posted before the normal
scan period has elapsed (i.e. Game Y gets scanned at 45 min. after the
hour, if it lynches at 7pm the moderator may request a tally to be
posted from the game page before 7:45pm. it will also be posted
regardless of whether or not it has been changed since the last
posting) - Do this by clicking on the 'Force Vote Tally' link.

4. You will need to note which players were killed via the lynch or at night by
either posting [killed jmilum] in the thread, or by going to the game
page and editing the player list. When posting in the thread, be sure to post
[dusk] before posting the lynch kill, and post [dawn] before
posting the night kill.
Example:
A. lynch time has passed so post [dusk]
B. goto the game page and select a final tally to be posted
C. check the final tally and post [killed melsana]
D. after the night deadline has passed post [dawn]
E. post the night kill with [killed kima]

Your Moderator has chosen to use the Longest Held Last Vote method for a tiebreaker - This is just for Cassandra system, and there may be a different tiebreaker specified by your Moderator in the ruleset.
