only one idea, you probably can't use:

repaint this to be a sand worm:


It's dirt cheap for the huge amount of plastic and paint apps on it (less than $3)

edit - forgot to mention what this mini was:
It's from Dungeons and Dragons Miniatures game, the War of the Dragon Queen expansion.
It is a Huge Uncommon. Get on EBay or wizards.com boards or maxminis.com forums
