Hi

I'd like an option to search a board game by searching the words in the bgg game description. Either in the main search bar or perhaps the advanced search option (must include words etc.)

Please work on it when you get the chance.

Thanks

Yup. Google does it way better than BGG ever could. Just use google.

Also, this is a suggestion, not a complaint.

And they created a duplicate thread in the Suggestions forum:
Word Search

OP, for future reference you can red-x your thread "wrong forum" and an admin will move it to the correct forum, instead of creating a duplicate thread.

Using google is a good option. I’m not convinced that BGG couldn’t do it better though. A google search often brings back forum threads instead of just game pages. A BGG search never makes that mistake. If only they could find a way to do better search matches.

Well I would want to go by category AND have a specific word in the BGG description.
How can Google do that?

I use google to search my own workplace's web site. Same issues.

Pete (agrees that both could do better)

What "words"?
Par example: "sexy"?
